At Avaria Jewelry, we provide free domestic shipping or subsidized international shipping worldwide for all orders. All shipments are tracked and insured, ensuring the utmost security and guaranteeing the safe delivery of your package.

United States: 5 - 12 business days
Australia: 7 - 14 business days
Canada: 7 - 14 business days
Europe: 6 - 15 business days
Rest of the world: 10 - 15 business days

Important notes:

All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse within 1-2 days of placing your order.
During peak seasons, shipping times may be affected, and we recommend checking with your preferred courier for their deadlines.
Please be aware that deliveries to remote locations may experience delays.
Express shipping is not available at this time.

Order & Shipping Process:

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. Your order will then be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Depending on your shipping destination, delivery may take between 5-15 days. You'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order's progress on our tracking page. Email notifications will be sent when your order is dispatched and delivered.

Order Cancellations & Changes:

Due to our efficient order processing, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you need to correct a shipping address, please contact us at support@avariajewelry.com.

Late & Lost Orders:

Although rare, if your order is delayed, please consider potential shipping delays. Avaria Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend double-checking your shipping address details, including house/door number, street, and postal code.

If your order is late: Confirm your address and allow up to 21 business days for delivery. If your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@avariajewelry.com, and we'll assist you promptly.

If your order is marked as "Delivered": Check the surrounding areas and contact neighbors. After three business days, if your order is still missing, file a claim with your local carrier.
